Our promise

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

Email info@ethereaskincare.com with your order number and we will arrange a return label. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five working days of receiving the returned items.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it at no cost.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
